Lobby Day: Legislators Lend an Ear
Posted on Thursday May 14, 2009Nearly 300 Ohioans stood for equality at downtown Columbus' Statehouse Wednesday, May 13, as part of the fourth annual Lobby Day for Equality. They urged their legislators to pass House Bill 176, which would make it illegal for a person to be fired from their job or refused an apartment or house based on their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
