The HRC National Board of Directors is responsible for overall governance of HRC. Locally, directors are responsible for ensuring the the Steering Committee meets HRC goals and objectives and is aligned with HRC policies, as well as representing the Board of Directors in the community.
Densil is a community leader and advocate in Columbus and a longtime HRC leader. In addition to serving as a leader of an LGBTQ nonprofit organization in Columbus and serving as CEO of an LGBTQ-focused venture capital fund, Densil serves on numerous boards. He speaks broadly on strategic communications, marketing/storytelling, inclusion & diversity, nonprofit boards, venture, LGBTQ founders, inclusive leadership, and his personal story.
Members of HRC's National Board of Governors are responsible in their home communities for being leaders, ambassadors, and fund-raisers, including leading the overall efforts and strategy of the Steering Committee.
Andy is a corporate partner in the Columbus office of a national law firm, where he focuses his practice on real estate and finance matters, including representing developers of affordable housing and helping businesses transition to employee ownership. He is the national chair of his firm’s LGBTQ affinity group and in 2018 was named one of the Best LGBTQ Lawyers under 40 in the country by the LGBTQ+ Bar Association. With HRC Columbus, he serves as the Board liaison to the Political Action/Community Engagement Committee, the Federal Club Committee, and the Volunteer Engagement Committee.
Lucy is a payroll and human resources professional with deep experience with building connections across organizations. With HRC Columbus, she serves as the Board liaison to the Digital Committee and the Dinner Committee and is co-chair of the Volunteer Engagement Committee.
A native of Marysville, Ohio, Zack is an attorney focusing on commercial litigation. When not in court, Zack enjoys growing spicy peppers, traveling, and writing. With HRC Columbus, he serves as the liaison to the Membership Outreach Committee and the Digital Committee and as co-chair of the Federal Club Committee.
